Health Benefit Premier Program
The Premier Program is a full service advocacy package. This program is designed for the employer who has little time or resources to dedicate to assisting employees with health benefit issues. Employees have direct access to an advocate. The employee contacts a Health Benefit Advocate via phone or e-mail when there are issues with their health benefit. The Premier program provides:
- Initial introduction to the program through group employee in-service with each employee given access to the electronic version of the Advocacy Education Guide
- Advocacy services purchased on a per insured life per month rate
- Employees have access to HBA's services whenever there are unresolved claims
- Quarterly reports are provided to the employer including utilization and incidents of insurance delivery trends
- Employees with catastrophic medical issues will be assigned an advocate for the course of their illness to assist with insurance related issues
