Health Benefit Choice Program
This HBA package is exclusively designed for small employer groups. This program allows the employer to determine when an advocate is assigned to an employee. Employers purchase discounted blocks of hours. The employer has control over the utilization of the advocacy hours. The Choice Program highlights are:
- A block of hours is pre-purchased with a minimum of 10 hours bundles
- Maximum flexibility for the small employer
- Hours utilized per employee are logged and tracked for the employer
- Can be utilized by any employee
- Unused hours purchased expires when contract terminates
